Targeted Protein Degradation (TPD) is well known as an emerging technology that enables you to degrade disease-causing proteins directly. TPD includes PROTAC, molecular glue, AUTAC, LYTAC, TRAFTAC, RIBOTAC, etc. Recently, TPD is starting to focus on not only oncology but also beyond oncology areas such as CNS diseases. Unlike conventional inhibitors, TPD has the potential to realize the Drugging Undruggable Targets.
